Easy Pancakes Recipe (Fluffy & Quick Breakfast)

Starting the day with pancakes… oh my! 😍
This easy pancake recipe is so simple that you can treat your loved ones anytime—no stress, no complicated steps.

The best part? You don’t even need to be precise. Just mix, adjust, and enjoy. Perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch at home!


Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

     
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml milk (or yogurt for extra flavor)
  • 400 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • A little oil (for the pan)

👉 Optional twist:

  • Use flavored yogurt instead of milk
  • Replace part of the flour with corn flour for a lighter texture 

Instructions

1. Prepare the Batter

In a bowl, mix the eggs and milk (or yogurt).
Add the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
Whisk until you get a smooth batter—not too thick, not too runny.

2. Cook the Pancakes

Heat a lightly oiled pan (a crêpe pan works perfectly).
Pour small amounts of batter into the pan.
Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden.
