Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml milk (or yogurt for extra flavor)
- 400 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- A little oil (for the pan)
👉 Optional twist:
- Use flavored yogurt instead of milk
- Replace part of the flour with corn flour for a lighter texture
Instructions
