Desert roses or "roses de sable"
These chocolate treats with corn flakes have the looks of "desert roses" and despite the fact that they are not "gourmet cuisine" (you do not even need to bake!) they will definitely charm your children :)
My son likes them a lot and it's thanks to him that I tried them today with his help of course ...
Ingredients
200gr of good dark chocolate
150gr of margarine
200gr of cornflakes
(I do not add sugar as most corn flakes are too sweet already...)
Preparation
You melt the chocolate with butter either slowly in the microwave oven or in a "bain-marie".
Once done, add the corn flakes and with a spoon you mix them to cover them with the chocolate.
You pour small portions in a muffins tray that you have slightly buttered before.
You can decorate with a few smarties on top to give a colorful result.
You put in the fridge until the chocolate is hard enough to eat them as muffins :)
