Who doesn't like Nutella? So, imagine a recipe full of Nutella in a form of cookies and only few ingredients... Nutellotti... Yummy! A popular recipe, that had to be in my blog too.
Thanks to my dear daughter, crazy in love with Nutella, we made together those marvelous cookies and ate them all in once!

Ingredients

  • 180 g Nutella
  • 1 egg
  • 140 g cake flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Make the Dough
In a bowl, add the Nutella and mix with the egg using a silicone spatula (ideal for this step) until smooth. Add the flour and salt, then mix until a soft dough forms.

3. Chill the Dough
Refrigerate the dough for 15–20 minutes to improve texture and make shaping easier.

4. Shape the Cookies
Form a long cylinder of dough (about 3 cm in diameter). Cut into 2 cm slices using a sharp knife. Place them on the tray and gently press the center with the back of a wooden spoon.

5. Bake
Bake for 9–11 minutes, until the edges are set but the center remains soft.

6. Cool & Serve
Let cool for a few minutes—they will firm up slightly while keeping a fudgy center.

Tips & Variations

  • Add a small spoon of Nutella in the center after baking for an indulgent finish.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt before baking for a gourmet touch.
  • Do not overbake—this keeps the center soft and rich.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
