Stuffed mushrooms


Stuffed mushrooms!

Here's a nice idea for a starter to serve with some nice wine next to the fireplace. Just replace the wine with some softer non-alcoholic version for me :) like a scented water where you have let infused several citrus fruits (nice idea for a new recipe btw). 

Ingredients

16 big white mushrooms (polish ones for me are the best :)

250gr ham cubes

300gr grated cheese (a mix of feta, emmental and gruyere cheese)

2 spoonfulls of olive oil

minced parsley

Procedure

Prepare the mushrooms, peel them and keep the "leg"of each mushroom.

Use the food processor to slice the legs of the mushrooms and the ham.

Mix all the ingredients and stuff with a spoon all the mushrooms.

Arrange them in a baking tray, pour some olive oil on top of everything and add some water enough to have 1cm in the baking tray eventually. 

Bake in air and grill at 180 degrees of Celsius for about 30min or until having a nice crunchy top.
