Recipe reminder: salmon plaki (Greek baked fish)

If you found some tempting salmon or any white fish to bring home like me yesterday, here's a greek way to cook it that we call "plaki". I got some amazing oriental bread with semolina and made a fresh salad, all yummy!

Wandering what to prepare for the Christmas eve when you have still invited friends coming over the next day? Here's an easy menu for your very close dears that I propose together with my best wishes:

 - Salmon rolls filled with scallop shells - asparagus - mushrooms (oven fan 180 for 40min)
