Ingredients
1 kg frozen green peas
2 fresh green onions
2-3 potatoes
olive oil, salt, pepper,
dill
Procedure
Put in a low casserole, good olive oil and when it is warm enough, add the sliced onions and the potatoes, cut in big pieces, to fry for a while.
Add the green peas and the minced dill (put a lot, it is the important part of this recipe).
Add enough water to cover them and add salt and pepper. Cover the casserole and let it boil in low heat for about 45-60 min or until the peas are tender. Watch for the water so that it does not get dry and has a nice sauce, you might need to add some.
Food is ready, enjoy! I am waiting for your comments....
Serve it with some french pate or even better some good greek feta smashed inside!
