Coco-choco Banana Bread


You like banana breads? We do and I am full of inspirations those days, so after my vegan recipe, check my latest one: 

the Coco-Choco!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas well ripened
  • 120ml vetetable oil (e.g., coconut oil)
  • 120gr brown sugar
  • 80ml milk
  • 180gr all-purpose flour
  • 20gr cocoa powder
  • 80gr coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven on air and 180 degrees of Celsius. 
  2. Butter a loaf pan.
  3. Mix the ingredients simply with a fork starting by smashing the bananas. 
  4. Empty the dough to the dish and decorate on top as in photo. 
  5. Put in the oven, lower to 175 degrees and bake for about 30min or until it gets a nice color and passes the toothpick test ;)
