Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 120 ml vegetable oil (e.g., coconut oil)
- 120 g brown sugar
- 80 ml milk
- 180 g all-purpose flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 80 g coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare Pan: Preheat oven to 180°C (fan). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the Bananas: In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Mix Ingredients: Add oil, sugar, and milk. Mix well. Then add flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Pour & Decorate: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Decorate the top as desired (banana slices, coconut, or chocolate chips).
- Bake: Lower oven temperature to 175°C and bake for about 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
